Pilates is an integrated system of exercise that focuses on functional stability making it safe and effective for everyone. As a sports and rehab therapist the results my clients were able to achieve with an intentional movement practice far exceeded what I was able to do with my manual therapy and treatments. Building functional stability allows you to take the reins on your own physical health and Pilates has been the best and most effective way I’ve found to achieve those results. Plus it’s fun!

My Philosophy:

  • We bring embodiment into exercise by shifting it to intentional movement.

  • Private sessions have a clinical approach allows a program to be designed no matter what your fitness level or current health status. A full health history and assessment is completed on your first appointment.

  • Virtual group classes give you the freedom of time making and cost effective eliminating the common excuses of time and money.

- Movement should feel good and leaving you feeling energized and ready to take on your day.

  • We combine challenging movements with understanding on the mechanics so that you have the confidence to do them, at any level.

  • 3-month Membership: results are built with frequency and consistency

  • Exercise doesn’t have to be so serious. You can achieve your goals while having fun.
